Responsibilities
Design and oversee integrations between Quadient Inspire and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
Lead technical design discussions and provide architecture sign-off for Quadient-based implementations.
Collaborate with architects, business teams, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment across delivery.
Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable, and high-performing document and CCM solutions.
Drive production readiness, performance tuning, and quality assurance activities.
Provide technical leadership and governance to onshore and offshore development teams.
Participate in client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, design reviews, and key project milestones as required.
Support project planning by contributing accurate estimates, timelines, and technical inputs.
Own solution sizing, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment.
Requirements
5–7 years of relevant experience.
Quadient Inspire certifications or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite.
Strong understanding of CCM concepts, document composition, data mapping, and output management.
Experience designing and implementing integrations between Quadient and enterprise systems.
Proficiency in scripting and related technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, XML, SQL.
Proven ability to provide accurate development estimates and support solution planning.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders and solution architects.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading and guiding offshore development teams.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Domain experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare is a good to have.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies is a good to have.
Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines is a good to have.
Prior customer-facing or consulting experience is a good to have.
