About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, risks, dependencies, and change requests
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and governance standards
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality
- Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and regulatory standards
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Proven experience managing large-scale or complex IT projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar)
