About the role

  • Application Support Analyst role in Downtown Toronto with hybrid work arrangement. Requires 5+ years of experience in application and production support.

Responsibilities

  • Application Support Analyst responsible for supporting web-based and client-server applications, incident management, troubleshooting, production releases, change management, and working in a 24/7 support environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Application Support and Production Support. Strong experience with incident management and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk. Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Experience supporting web-based and client-server applications. Knowledge of software testing methodologies (UAT, system testing, validation). Experience supporting production releases and change management. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for documentation and collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work in 24/7 support environment.
