About the role

  • Intermediate Application Support Specialist needed for Salesforce/SaaS support, incident management, and end-user support in Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • The Application Support Specialist – Intermediate will support Salesforce-based applications, manage ticket queues and SLAs, prioritize incidents, escalate appropriately, maintain knowledge base entries, and provide end-user support in a SaaS environment. The role is onsite in Toronto with a contract from June 15, 2026 to September 30, 2027, with probable extension.

Requirements

  • Must have: Salesforce & SaaS Platform Knowledge (objects, workflows, flows, permissions, reports, dashboards); Incident & Ticket Management (manage ticket queues and SLAs, prioritize incidents, escalate, maintain knowledge base); Customer Support & Service Orientation (end-user support in SaaS, customer-first mindset, manage high-pressure situations). Nice to have: QA/Testing experience (functional/regression testing, test cases/scripts, UAT support, defect tracking), Salesforce Administrator certification.
