About the role

  • Experienced QE Developer with Selenium Automation and Contact Centre tools expertise needed in Toronto. Responsibilities include framework development, automated testing, and API validation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop & maintain automation frameworks. Create & execute automated test scripts (UI, Functional, Regression). API testing experience using Postman (REST API validation). Experience with Contact Centre tools & technologies, including: Agent Desktop, IVR systems, Routing platforms, Cisco Jabber, Chatbots, Cyara.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Selenium automation framework development using Java (Mandatory). Experience with Contact Centre tools & technologies. API testing experience using Postman. Experience with tools: Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, JTMF. Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
