Responsibilities
Provide field oversight of construction activities for various projects within the protected area and station. Spend majority of time in station while attending project and vendor/contractor pre-job meetings. Complete walkdowns, provide coaching, contribute to observation and coaching database. Support vendors and stakeholders in resolving safety, quality, technical, schedule, and productivity issues. Act as integrated member of project team and refurbishment program, reviewing schedules and supporting Look Ahead planning. Accommodate early start times aligned with vendor schedules and occasional weekend coverage.
Requirements
Nuclear security clearance. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction oversight, supervision, or field coordination, preferably in nuclear or energy generation. Proficiency with Work Protection, Work Authorization, and Work Management processes preferred. Familiarity with nuclear processes and tools such as AS9, Work Orders, and Work Assessing is an asset. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to build collaborative working relationships with vendors and co-workers.
