About the role
- Sr Program Manager needed to lead large-scale enterprise IT transformation initiatives with focus on application development. Hybrid role in Downtown Toronto (3 days onsite/week).
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives within Technology Services, with a strong focus on application development delivery. Manage multi-project portfolios in a matrix environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Program Leadership / Senior Project Management experience. 5+ years leading application development projects (end-to-end lifecycle). Experience delivering large-scale, high-risk enterprise IT programs. Experience within the Ontario Public Sector (OPS) or City of Toronto (must have). Strong public sector governance & procurement experience. Active PMP certification. Experience managing multi-project portfolios in a matrix environment.
