About the role

  • Hiring 2 IT Project Managers for enterprise transformation programs in Toronto. Hybrid role with strong visibility and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in delivering critical transformation programs, including application rebuilds and modernization, cloud migration and platform re-hosting, enterprise integrations and dependency management, and risk and remediation initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, infrastructure, and security, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables; leading cross-functional teams and coordinating project resources; partnering with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements; driving UAT, rollout planning, and implementation activities; ensuring adherence to project management and SDLC best practices; and preparing and presenting updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must-Have: 5+ years as an IT Project Manager / Program Manager; experience delivering application changes/modernization, architecture redesign or platform migration, enterprise integrations and dependencies; strong experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments; proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel. Nice to Have: experience within large financial institutions; exposure to infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects; risk or regulatory remediation experience; PMP certification.
