- Hiring: Program Manager – ServiceNow Services in Toronto, ON. Requires 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and managed services.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8+ years of Program/Project/Service Delivery Management experience; strong experience leading ServiceNow implementations and managed services engagements; expertise in ITSM processes, ITIL practices, governance, risk, and stakeholder management; experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, SLAs, KPIs, and cross-functional teams; strong client-facing and executive communication skills. Preferred: ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, SecOps, HRSD; PMP and/or ServiceNow Certifications; experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
