About the role
- Seeking a Program/Project Manager to create executive-level documentation and presentations. Requires proficiency in PowerPoint, technical writing, Confluence, and JIRA.
Responsibilities
- Develop executive-level presentations and reports that effectively communicate technical strategies, project updates, and business impacts. Create and maintain technical documentation for platforms, products, and processes using industry best practices. Manage and organize content in Confluence for easy access and collaboration across teams. Track and document project progress using JIRA, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to gather information and synthesize into clear, actionable deliverables. Ensure all documentation adheres to brand guidelines and meets the expectations of senior leadership.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating high-impact executive presentations. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA for documentation and project tracking. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating C-level documentation (strategy decks, executive summaries, decision-making briefs). Background in technology or product development environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
