About the role

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-impact public sector initiative. The role involves managing competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and leading program strategy development from initiation to project closure. The candidate must be able to build consensus with senior internal and external stakeholders and translate executive expectations into successful program deliverables. Deliverables include project plans, timeline tracking, issue logs, status reports, coordination records, and project documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management, planning, and resource management skills; proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders; excellent documentation, organizational, and time management skills; strong collaboration, coordination, and conflict resolution abilities; experience leading program strategy development from initiation to project closure; ability to build consensus with senior internal and external stakeholders; experience translating executive expectations into successful program deliverables; strong knowledge of PMI Project Management Framework; experience managing projects involving multiple partners and stakeholders; excellent written, verbal, reporting, and communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; public sector or healthcare sector experience is mandatory.
