About the role
- QA Functional and Automation Lead with Insurance Broker Domain. Lead testing for Salesforce Sales CPQ/CLM, develop automation frameworks, and coordinate onshore/offshore teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM cloud Insurance domain applications. Design and implement test automation frameworks and automation scripts using playwrite or similar tools. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones. Mentor and guide junior testers on best practices, tools, and technical skill development. Collaborate with development teams to assess product changes and their impact on testing scope. Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution with clear stakeholder communication. Drive quality assurance processes, contributing to test strategy planning and execution. Conduct regression, integration, system, and UAT testing as required. Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to project management and leadership.
Requirements
- Perform comprehensive testing of Broker Insurance domain agent portals applications. Good experience on Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM. Must have experience in Playwright or Selenium java frameworks. Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners. Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools and methodologies. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational quality standards. Analyze test results and prepare clear, insightful test reports. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize Salesforce test automation tools, preferably Provar, to improve testing efficiency. Stay updated with the latest automation, salesforce enhancements, and testing techniques.
