About the role

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics and reporting projects using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics and reporting projects using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring timely completion within scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security in reporting solutions. Drive the design and implementation of data dashboards and reports that deliver insights to business units. Facilitate regular project stand-ups, status updates, and stakeholder meetings. Identify risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies. Support change management and adoption strategies for new analytics tools and processes. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for executive-level review. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management within the financial services industry. Proven expertise in Data Analytics, Visualization (Tableau, Power BI). Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial products. Hands-on experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in coordinating cross-departmental efforts and leading virtual teams. Nice-to-Have: Experience with SQL, Python, or other data scripting languages. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools. Knowledge of data governance and security protocols. Experience working with cloud platforms and data warehouses. Understanding of GenAI tools and advanced analytics technologies.
