- Senior Manager / Lead Business Systems Analyst needed for Equities Technology & Data team. Must have 10+ years Capital Markets experience and strong Python skills.
Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst with deep Capital Markets and Equities Trading experience to join a high-impact technology team supporting institutional trading operations. This hybrid role in the Greater Toronto Area offers the opportunity to work directly with trading desks and real-time market data platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Capital Markets technology and data analysis experience; strong hands-on Python (JSON parsing, data integration, APIs); experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Apache NiFi, ETL pipelines; advanced SQL and Excel skills; knowledge of FIX Protocol, REST APIs, and Postman; experience with platforms such as Fidessa, Broadridge, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv; strong understanding of the equity trade lifecycle (order management through settlement); ability to communicate technical concepts to senior business stakeholders.
