About the role
- Senior Program Manager to lead provincial digital health initiatives. Hybrid role in Toronto with 7+ years of digital health program management experience required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage EHR Modernization and other provincial digital health initiatives. Establish and operate program governance structures. Oversee budgeting, funding, risks, and executive reporting. Engage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams across Ontario Health.
Requirements
- Must-Have Skills: 7+ years managing digital health programs/projects. Strong knowledge of EMRs, eReferral solutions, patient portals, and Health Information Systems. Proven executive-level leadership, stakeholder, and vendor management experience. Ability to manage complex budgets, risks, and program performance. Understanding of healthcare privacy and security requirements. Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Ontario's healthcare ecosystem and provincial EHR assets (OLIS, DHDR, acCDR). Experience with EMR platforms (TELUS Health, WELL Health, Accuro) and hospital systems (Epic, Meditech, Cerner). PMP or equivalent, clinical workflow knowledge, and experience navigating political healthcare environments.
