Responsibilities
- Senior Program Manager (RQ00547) for a 12-month contract with the City of Toronto, with a strong possibility of extension. Focus: Delivery of Application Development Projects. Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote – Monday & Wednesday anchor days + 1 flex day). Duration: April 6, 2026 – April 5, 2027.
Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications: 10+ years of Program Leadership and/or Senior Project Management experience in complex IT environments. 5+ years leading application development projects from initiation to close. PMP Certification (mandatory). Strong experience managing large-scale, high-risk, enterprise transformational IT initiatives. Nice to Have: Experience working in Agile environments. Public Sector experience (City of Toronto experience preferred).
