About the role
- Senior Program/Project Manager needed in Halifax, NS (onsite) to lead large-scale transformation and system integration programs in Power Utilities and OT environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale transformation, system integration, or enterprise programs within Power Utilities and Operational Technology environments. Manage complex multi-vendor, cross-functional delivery programs, establish program governance, executive reporting, and steering committees. Oversee Integrated Master Plans, scheduling, dependencies, RAID processes, financial tracking, resource planning, and budget management. Coordinate operational readiness, testing, cutover planning, transition management, and go-live governance. Manage stakeholder relationships with executives, vendors, System Integrators, and operational teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation, system integration, or enterprise programs. Strong Program and Project Management experience within Power Utilities and Operational Technology environments. Experience managing complex multi-vendor, cross-functional, and large-scale delivery programs. Strong understanding of integrated delivery across business, IT, OT, operational, cybersecurity, and regulatory domains. Experience establishing program governance, executive reporting, steering committees, and escalation management processes. Strong experience managing Integrated Master Plans, scheduling, dependencies, milestones, and critical path activities. Hands-on experience managing RAID processes, financial tracking, forecasting, resource planning, and budget management. Experience coordinating operational readiness, testing activities, cutover planning, transition management, and go-live governance. Strong stakeholder management experience working with executives, vendors, System Integrators, and operational teams. Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution capabilities. Ability to manage high-pressure operational transformation programs and complex delivery environments.
