About the role
- Senior Project & Program Manager needed for 11-month contract in Toronto. Must have 10+ years leading IT transformation, hands-on Agile/Scrum, PMP & CSM required.
Responsibilities
- We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project and Program Manager to support a major enterprise transformation initiative within Technology Services. This is a long-term contract (11 months with renewal) focused on Agile application delivery, UI modernization, and large-scale digital transformation within a complex public-sector environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading enterprise IT transformation programs; strong hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery experience (mandatory); PMP & Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; experience acting as a Scrum Master (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement); proven delivery of UI modernization and public-facing digital platforms; strong stakeholder management across enterprise and executive levels.
