About the role
- Senior QA Automation Engineer needed for 12-month contract, hybrid in Pickering, ON. Build automation frameworks from scratch across UI, API, and CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Build and own automation frameworks from the ground up. Design smart, scalable test strategies across UI + API layers. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub). Drive test architecture, coverage, and quality standards. Identify edge cases and improve overall system reliability.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Selenium or Playwright. Programming in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Hands-on with API testing (REST). Experience with TestNG / Cucumber / BDD / TDD. CI/CD integration experience (GitHub or similar).
