Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and maintain mission-critical MOH EHS solutions across complex on-prem and cloud environments within the OPS cloud ecosystem. Responsibilities include consulting with developers and COTS vendors, designing secure large-scale solutions, developing RESTful and SOAP web services, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and leading development teams.
Requirements
- Must-Have Skills: Developing, provisioning, and maintaining configurations for large, complex, highly available, mission-critical on-prem and cloud solutions; Development and implementation of RESTful and SOAP web services using JSON and XML; Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines; Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence); Fluency in Git-based version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab). Experience & Skill Set Requirements: Solution Design Experience (10+ years): Consulting with developers and COTS vendors; Designing secure, highly sensitive, large-scale cloud and on-prem solutions; AWS and Microsoft Azure integrations; IT compliance, security, privacy, and risk management; Batch and real-time integration technologies; Monitoring, alerts, troubleshooting, and environment restoration strategies. Technical Experience: Cloud solution design on Azure and AWS; REST/SOAP services using JSON and XML; CI/CD pipeline development; Version control with GitHub and Azure DevOps; Agile documentation and tracking (Jira, Confluence); Information Security best practices. Communication & Leadership: Leading development teams, mentoring juniors, and coordinating deliverables; Strong technical documentation skills; Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills; Experience in 24×7 critical environments. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently; Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills; Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
