Responsibilities
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into coherent technical designs. Design platform solutions that align with enterprise business objectives and long-term platform health. Gather and analyze technical requirements from business stakeholders and implementation teams. Define integration strategies and data architecture approaches that support enterprise needs. Plan technical sequencing and implementation approach based on scope, dependencies, and risk. Ensure solution designs meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Advise on scalability considerations and performance optimization strategies. Validate that designs support customer security posture and governance requirements. Conduct and participate in solution design reviews with implementation teams. Validate solution designs against platform standards and best practices. Identify and mitigate technical risks in design approach before implementation begins. Present and communicate technical designs to executive stakeholders and business teams. Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technical design decisions. Document and communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and technical implications. Provide technical guidance to implementation teams during configuration and development. Support quality assurance and testing to ensure implementations align with design intent. Advise on deployment approach and technical readiness assessment. Design integration patterns and enterprise data flows aligned to long-term platform health. Flag data model risks and integration dependencies that could impact future capabilities. Guide customers toward integration decisions that support sustainable platform growth. Ensure solution designs align with customer technical governance frameworks. Advise on technical standards and best practices applicable to the solution. Support establishment of governance practices for solution maintenance and evolution.
