About the role
- Hiring an Intermediate Solutions Designer for a contract role in Toronto, ON. Must have 10+ years of software development experience and AWS expertise.
Responsibilities
- The Solutions Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing an Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solution. This includes working with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon Lex, DynamoDB, and others, as well as developing system design models and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience; ideally 5 years of AWS cloud experience with services including Lambda, AWS Connect, API Gateway, Amazon Lex, AWS CLI, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Amplify; extensive experience with Amazon Connect contact center solutions; knowledge of Amazon Pinpoint, DynamoDB, Kinesis Data Streams, Amazon Polly; experience with JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins or similar tools.
