About the role

  • Payroll Specialist responsible for end-to-end payroll operations across U.S. and Canada. Ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing payroll systems and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Process biweekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now with accuracy and compliance
  • Audit pay records, reconcile totals by department, location, and country
  • Prepare payroll journal entries, complete month-end and year-end reconciliations, and coordinate third-party payroll system upgrades
  • Serve as primary payroll contact for employees and vendors

Requirements

  • 5+ years payroll experience with the U.S. and Canada
  • Expert in ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, benefits, reconciliations, and year-end processes
  • Payroll certifications (PCP, CPM, FPC, CPP) or an accounting/finance background required
