- Inside Sales Representative promoting Abell’s Canadian pest management services through phone, email, and text. Supporting customer requests, dispatch coordination, administration, and new sales.
Responsibilities
- Contact business customers Abell has done business with by phone, email, and text
- Promote Abell's pest management services
- Handle existing customer service requests and dispatch them to the appropriate Abell branch
- Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and training program
- Complete administration required to facilitate new sales
- Maintain accurate follow-through on new sales
Requirements
- Secondary education is preferred
- Administrative work is required to support new sales and ensure accurate follow-through
- Experience working with B2B sales teams
- Experience working in a sales environment
- French written and verbal communication is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a supportive team environment
- Results-focused approach and clear communication skills
