About the role
- Remote Inside Sales Specialist booking hearing-care appointments and promoting hearing solutions for HearCANADA. Managing warm leads, CRM updates, KPIs, and clinic scheduling across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients using warm leads to book appointments with hearing care professionals
- Support sales targets and grow the client base
- Identify client needs and sales opportunities
- Introduce product promotions and hearing care appointment options
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs and overall targets
- Ensure every interaction follows HearCANADA standards
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings
- Share feedback and practice sales skills
- Maintain a high-volume calling plan
- Update pertinent client information in the appointment system/CRM
- Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling
- Health industry experience is considered an asset
- Able to exercise empathy and lead conversations to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss
- Effective communication in the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Bilingualism in French would be considered a definite asset
- Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs
- Prior experience with CRM systems and willingness to learn new software and tools
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Availability to work 11:00 am–7:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday coverage as required
- Availability for infrequent schedule adjustments to cover colleagues
