- Handle inbound customer interactions from home
- Understand customer needs and identify coverage gaps
- Recommend personalized Allstate coverage options and rates
- Deliver sales performance by building customer trust and matching customers with products and services
- Expand household coverage and increase customer retention
- Support customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the team and leadership on company growth strategies and performance targets
- Attend ongoing training on products, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
