About the role
- HCM Consultant guiding clients through Dayforce implementations, facilitating workshops, and leading project activities. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance payroll and workforce management processes in a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Lead clients through the full Dayforce implementation lifecycle—from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, training, and go-live
- Configure and optimize Dayforce Payroll using best practices and tools
- Partner with client stakeholders to align processes, reduce complexity, and ensure compliance
- Facilitate engaging client workshops that bring solutions to life
- Lead testing, payroll balancing, and cutover activities to ensure a smooth launch
- Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer, empowering clients to succeed long after the project wraps
- Share insights, mentor teammates, and contribute to building our collective Dayforce expertise.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Dayforce implementation experience in Payroll
- 3+ years of HCM systems experience in consulting, HRIS, or related fields
- Strong skills in business process mapping, testing, and system configuration
- Excellent communicator—able to lead workshops, build trust with clients, and explain complex concepts simply
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is a plus
- Dayforce certification is a bonus, but not required—we value experience and passion.
