Responsibilities
Lead clients through the full Dayforce implementation lifecycle—from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, training, and go-live
Configure and optimize Dayforce Payroll using best practices and tools
Partner with client stakeholders to align processes, reduce complexity, and ensure compliance
Facilitate engaging client workshops that bring solutions to life
Lead testing, payroll balancing, and cutover activities to ensure a smooth launch
Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer, empowering clients to succeed long after the project wraps
Share insights, mentor teammates, and contribute to building our collective Dayforce expertise.
Requirements
2+ years of Dayforce implementation experience in Payroll
3+ years of HCM systems experience in consulting, HRIS, or related fields
Strong skills in business process mapping, testing, and system configuration
Excellent communicator—able to lead workshops, build trust with clients, and explain complex concepts simply
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is a plus
Dayforce certification is a bonus, but not required—we value experience and passion.
