Responsibilities
Independently lead continuous process improvement initiatives to improve production safety, quality, capacity, reliability, cost per 1000 dosages, customer service and regulatory compliance
Work closely with Production Technicians and the Production Technical team in analyzing production processes and equipment
Manage resources to complete projects on schedule
Liaise regularly with Production Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance and SHE group to coordinate project activities
Lead investigations for deviations in the Solid Dose areas relating to equipment, process and product failures
Recommend solutions for improvements in production processes, reliability and compliance
Requirements
Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Sciences and project management experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work within a team environment (as part of a team) as demonstrated through previous work experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven customer service skills
Proven strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Demonstrated experience in coordinating project activities
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
