About the role

  • Marketing Specialist developing campaigns, websites, social media, and brand assets for Wesko Locks, a North American provider of value-based locking solutions. Supporting product launches, communications, and market performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Wesko’s website and social media presence in alignment with corporate standards
  • Create and maintain core marketing materials including brochures, presentations, templates, and other brand assets
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Support product launches and promotional activities aligned with business priorities
  • Translate technical product information into clear, customer-facing messaging
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials and platforms
  • Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Analyze market trends and report on marketing performance
  • Support trade shows, customer events, and industry activities
  • Maintain knowledge of Wesko products and markets
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Report to the General Manager

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • B2B/manufacturing experience is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Experience managing websites and content
  • Familiarity with email platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems is an asset
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (5–10%)
