About the role

  • Project Interface Coordinator at AtkinsRéalis supporting engineering and project coordination across disciplines. Ensuring alignment and resolution of interface requirements for project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supports execution and coordination of engineering activities within the project
  • Tracks and resolves interface requirements and conflicts
  • Ensures alignment of project components in scope, schedule, and technical integration
  • Coordinates resolution of interface requirements across disciplines and functions
  • Maintains interface register and documentation
  • Facilitates integration of engineering, procurement, and construction inputs
  • Tracks engineering deliverables focusing on interface dependencies
  • Coordinates interface requirements related to vendor packages and construction activities
  • Organizes interface coordination meetings and cross-functional integration reviews
  • Provides regular updates on interface status and critical issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
  • Typically 4 – 8 years of experience in engineering or project delivery roles
  • Experience in multidisciplinary coordination
  • Engineering/procurement/construction interface environments
  • Exposure to large infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects is an asset
  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary project environments
