Responsibilities
- Accountable for all aspects of the project and lead all team members to ensure work progresses meeting safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders and partners to manage project delivery
- Apply project management principles to deliver successful project outcomes
- Develop and implement project execution strategies
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and project-specific oversight
- Communicate with all levels of management, engineering, and project representatives on progress
- Manage project activities, performance, and invoicing
Requirements
- Degree qualified in an Engineering or Science-based discipline, and/or hold a professional Project or Programme Management related qualification
- Five to ten years of project management experience
- Proficient technical knowledge and process support skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven ability to effectively coach and mentor other team members
- Ability to maintain good relationships with clients
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of the nuclear industry; clients and operations are an asset
