About the role

  • Paid Media Specialist leading Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and streaming campaigns for a performance marketing agency. Driving inquiries, applications, enrollments, and student engagement for higher education clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media
  • Own campaign performance for assigned education-focused accounts
  • Align campaigns with goals including inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations
  • Identify and execute testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative approaches
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams
  • Stay informed on Paid Media trends, platform updates, and higher education marketing innovations
  • Participate in client, team, and leadership interviews during the hiring process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Paid Media experience managing performance-focused digital campaigns
  • Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and programmatic advertising
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns; $100K+/month preferred
  • Proven success developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Experience presenting campaign performance and strategy recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills across multiple active accounts and campaigns
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience working within agency environments or fast-paced marketing teams
  • Experience with universities, online education brands, or higher education institutions
  • Familiarity with adult learner and student recruitment marketing strategies
  • Experience with forecasting, media planning, and budget pacing management
  • Knowledge of streaming media and emerging digital advertising channels
