Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent global channel programs
- Translate strategic concepts into scalable global processes
- Partner closely with Channel Strategy, Centers of Excellence, Geo and Regional teams, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Influence stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels
- Monitor program performance and evaluate effectiveness
- Lead program design and implementation by developing rollout plans
- Develop and maintain program governance
- Apply formal project management and governance practices
- Facilitate worldwide meetings across multiple time zones
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience leading global or multi-regional program management initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating strategic objectives into scalable operational programs
- Strong project management, governance, and change management capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing executive presentations, program documentation, communications, and training materials
- Ability to work independently and prioritize initiatives
- Strategic and creative thinker with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Airtable, Teams, and Zoom
- BA/BS degree
