About the role

Senior Project Manager delivering Shopify Plus commerce experiences for fashion, lifestyle, and premium-product brands. Owning technical migrations, client relationships, budgets, and website launches.

Responsibilities

Implement intricate eCommerce strategies and oversee Shopify Plus website launches
Own projects and collaborate with clients and internal teams
Review sales notes and documents and determine client onboarding plans
Set up tools and coordinate workshops, check-ins, and presentations
Cultivate client relationships and understand client needs and objectives
Create detailed project plans covering deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, timelines, and costs
Manage implementation, scope changes, risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
Apply eCommerce, retention, CRO, and UX best practices
Address technical questions and manage Shopify Plus migrations from Magento, Salesforce, and custom platforms
Define task acceptance criteria, milestones, estimates, and delivery timelines
Support production teams and conduct QA with the Quality Assurance team
Act as final product approver before client delivery
Manage client feedback and budget tracking
Track team workload and time, support prioritization, and validate estimates
Stay current on eCommerce and departmental trends and share best practices

Passion for eCommerce, technology and/or design

Ability to work autonomously without micromanagement
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Solutions Architect/Engineer, or Technical Lead focused on eCommerce platforms, preferably in retail or consumer-facing industries
Experience with Shopify required
Experience with Magento, Salesforce, and/or custom platform migrations preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration with a focus on eCommerce or digital marketing, or a related discipline
Demonstrated leadership experience
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
