Project Coordinator supporting digital medical communications projects for life sciences clients at Red Nucleus. Coordinating timelines, budgets, deliverables, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary production teams.
Responsibilities
Support delivery of medical communications projects to ensure completion on time and within budget
Schedule meetings, track tasks, and maintain project documentation
Lead day-to-day project operations under supervision, keeping timelines, budgets, resourcing, and deliverables up to date
Serve as a primary project contact and facilitate communication between internal teams and clients
Draft briefs and Statements of Work
Understand client and project objectives and flag potential regulatory or technical barriers
Maintain project files, templates, and reporting tools
Prioritize deliverables and assignments through stakeholder communication
Assign tasks to multidisciplinary production teams, including UX, Graphic Design, Animation, Software Development, and Quality Assurance
Manage project resourcing and collaborate with senior team members on requirement changes
Manage scope changes, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and communicate with clients
Lead postmortem meetings and recommend process improvements
Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency
Monitor financials, status updates, and key insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (business, marketing, or sciences)
2+ years of relevant digital, account, project management and/or healthcare experience in an interactive agency
University degree, preferably in Business or Science, or equivalent experience
Proven success in the strategy, planning, and implementation of client-facing digital projects
Excellent people and conflict resolution skills, with a client service attitude
Ability to negotiate positive outcomes for all parties
Hands-on background in web or mobile development processes and platforms
Experience managing HTML5, Flash, iOS, and Android projects is a plus
Track record of delivering multiple projects on time and on budget while managing competing priorities
Knowledge of project management tools, best practices, and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding meeting and time management skills
Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and environments
Pharmaceutical industry and healthcare knowledge is an asset
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience with project management software, including MS Project, Basecamp, or Redmine
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
