About the role

  • Sales Support Manager leading Aviso’s Sales Associate team for a Canadian wealth management provider. Optimizing sales processes, reporting, coaching, and nationwide sales events.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Sales Associate team and ensure efficient, high-quality work output
  • Collaborate with the Director, Inside Sales, on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding sales support talent
  • Implement best practices and procedures to optimize processes and team performance
  • Provide coaching and professional development for the Sales Associate team
  • Coordinate and manage sales events across the country, including logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis
  • Oversee sales and activity reporting and present updates to senior management
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Build relationships with sales, marketing, and service center teams to support seamless sales processes

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the financial industry, with a proven track record in sales support or a related role
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of sales support processes, strategies, and best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with expertise in sales data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Initiative and adaptability
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Fluent English communication required
  • Bilingual French skills are an asset
