About the role

Senior Data Analyst transforming data into insights for sales strategies at gaming studio. Collaborating with teams to enhance product offerings and reporting analytics.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to implement, analyze, and propose sales plans and promotional calendars;
Collaborate with product teams to determine in‑game sales strategies and the offers to propose;
Produce reports and analyses for all sales-related projects, including promotions, SKUs, and in‑game stores;
Identify and define analytical needs, then propose and develop solutions to complex and sometimes ambiguous challenges faced by stakeholders;
Create dashboards and reporting products tailored to different audiences and stakeholders' specific needs;
Adapt and thrive in dynamic environments, using flexible approaches to solve complex problems.

5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a focus on sales and business intelligence;
Strong database manipulation skills, including handling large datasets in SQL and NoSQL (experience with Python is a plus);
Excellent data visualization skills (Power BI is a plus);
Ability to analyze and present sales plans, while proposing commercial strategies and promotional calendars;
Knowledge of the video game industry or other entertainment industries (a plus).
