About the role
- Senior Data Analyst transforming data into insights for sales strategies at gaming studio. Collaborating with teams to enhance product offerings and reporting analytics.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to implement, analyze, and propose sales plans and promotional calendars;
- Collaborate with product teams to determine in‑game sales strategies and the offers to propose;
- Produce reports and analyses for all sales-related projects, including promotions, SKUs, and in‑game stores;
- Identify and define analytical needs, then propose and develop solutions to complex and sometimes ambiguous challenges faced by stakeholders;
- Create dashboards and reporting products tailored to different audiences and stakeholders' specific needs;
- Adapt and thrive in dynamic environments, using flexible approaches to solve complex problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a focus on sales and business intelligence;
- Strong database manipulation skills, including handling large datasets in SQL and NoSQL (experience with Python is a plus);
- Excellent data visualization skills (Power BI is a plus);
- Ability to analyze and present sales plans, while proposing commercial strategies and promotional calendars;
- Knowledge of the video game industry or other entertainment industries (a plus).
