Coordinates patient reimbursement and support services for NavieGo branch at BioScript Solutions. Requires bilingualism and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Undertake the management of specific projects or cases regarding patient reimbursement and coordination for the NavieGo branch
Responsible for overall management of own patient cases
Act as the Primary point of contact for physicians to enroll patients into a NavieGo managed program
Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clinics and physicians
Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician' offices and healthcare professionals
Acquire in depth knowledge of public/private and federal funding mechanisms
Assist physicians and/or their staff to complete all relevant Patient Support Program forms
Act as the main resource for NavieGo to request missing or additional information from respective physician offices, pharmacies, and/or other Health Care providers
Respond promptly and professionally to physician enrolment requests
Facilitate paperwork required for patient reimbursement renewals.
Requirements
Bilingualism in English and French is a requirement
Ability to handle a high caseload in a fast-paced, changing environment
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer/client service experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (Google apps, Word, Excel)
Professional/courteous/efficient telephone manner
Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High attention to detail
Prior experience in a reimbursement role is a strong asset
Experience in biologics will be considered an asset
Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset
Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
