- Payroll Manager focusing on accuracy, compliance, and team leadership in Canadian payroll systems. Managing multi-provincial payrolls and ensuring strong internal controls with a collaborative mindset.

Requirements
- Progressive payroll experience, including experience in a lead or managerial payroll role
- Proven experience overseeing complex, multi-provincial payrolls with strong internal controls
- In-depth knowledge of CRA requirements, federal and provincial employment standards, and statutory reporting (T4s, T4As, ROEs, T2200s, remittances)
- Experience managing month-end and year-end payroll processes, audits, and government inquiries
- Hands-on experience with payroll implementations and system integrations
- Strong proficiency and knowledge of payroll and HR systems, including UKG (Ultimate Software/Kronos)
- Experience supporting pension administration
