Requirements

  • Progressive payroll experience, including experience in a lead or managerial payroll role
  • Proven experience overseeing complex, multi-provincial payrolls with strong internal controls
  • In-depth knowledge of CRA requirements, federal and provincial employment standards, and statutory reporting (T4s, T4As, ROEs, T2200s, remittances)
  • Experience managing month-end and year-end payroll processes, audits, and government inquiries
  • Hands-on experience with payroll implementations and system integrations
  • Strong proficiency and knowledge of payroll and HR systems, including UKG (Ultimate Software/Kronos)
  • Experience supporting pension administration
