About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing the delivery of the First Nations Child and Family Services Settlement. Collaborating on integrated project plans and managing interdependencies for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the Settlement across workstreams by applying foundational project management knowledge
  • Communicate timelines, scope and success through expectation management
  • Create and maintain project documentation for team alignment and training
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, managing notes and communication
  • Prepare updates and reports for client and leadership

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience tracking multiple workstreams and deliverables
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools and systems (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ClickUp, Smartsheet)
  • Self-identifying as Indigenous is an asset
  • Access to a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet
  • Willingness to learn, try new approaches, and adapt as work evolves.
