About the role
- Project Manager overseeing the delivery of the First Nations Child and Family Services Settlement. Collaborating on integrated project plans and managing interdependencies for successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Settlement across workstreams by applying foundational project management knowledge
- Communicate timelines, scope and success through expectation management
- Create and maintain project documentation for team alignment and training
- Organize and facilitate meetings, managing notes and communication
- Prepare updates and reports for client and leadership
Requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience tracking multiple workstreams and deliverables
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management tools and systems (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ClickUp, Smartsheet)
- Self-identifying as Indigenous is an asset
- Access to a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet
- Willingness to learn, try new approaches, and adapt as work evolves.
