About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting across Canada for Castlemain’s class-action settlements and community programs. Building Indigenous community partnerships and supporting high-volume workforce needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain respectful relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, employment and training programs, educational institutions, and community partners across Canada
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective candidates for current and anticipated workforce needs
  • Support recruitment from initial sourcing and application through interview, selection, and offer
  • Maintain accurate and current recruitment numbers, vacancies, and hiring progress
  • Support high-volume recruitment initiatives and emerging project workforce requirements
  • Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach for Claims Helper, project, corporate, and emerging roles

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, community engagement, employment services, workforce development, or a related area
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, employment networks, educational institutions, or community partners
  • Understanding of respectful and culturally informed engagement with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples and organizations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage respectfully with candidates, community partners, hiring managers, and leaders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a changing and project-based environment
  • Criminal Record Check required as a condition of employment
  • Vulnerable Sector Check required as a condition of employment
  • French fluency considered an asset
