About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager shaping go-to-market strategy for Cotality’s catastrophe-risk insurance products. Creating campaigns, messaging, research, and sales enablement for property intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements
  • Collaborate with product management to align marketing strategy with product roadmaps
  • Create differentiated product positioning and messaging for target audiences
  • Ensure consistency across marketing and sales materials
  • Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Produce product collateral, blog posts, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and sales presentations
  • Use marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Partner with sales teams to create sales tools, training, and resources
  • Build customer relationships to gather feedback and develop use cases and success stories
  • Inform product improvements and marketing strategy as the voice of the customer
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, product adoption, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Adapt product marketing strategies for different regions and markets
  • Work with localization teams on global messaging
  • Define and track KPIs including campaign ROI, lead generation, product adoption, and customer retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Proven track record managing go-to-market strategies and executing successful B2B product campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to analyze market data and customer insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with content creation and campaign management
  • Experience with product launches and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology/products and deep understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Knowledge of insurance underwriting, restoration contracting, or technology workflow platforms is highly desirable
  • Creativity, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills
  • MBA is a plus
