About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the Senior Service and Service Technicians
- Enable the team to commission and complete preventative and corrective maintenance of CSI Energy Storage’s Solbank Storage Power Block (SPB)
- Complete obligations under Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s) for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects
- Travel and complete tasks at various project sites throughout the US region
- Provide onsite diagnostic, troubleshooting, and hands-on support to maintain equipment
- Oversee and supervise subcontractors on site where required
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures and processes
Requirements
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in a service environment, preferably in renewable energy
- Minimum 1 year in a Team Leader/Supervisor role
- Knowledge of general and national codes, medium voltage power systems and photovoltaic or Energy Storage system applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality
- Previous experience with a CMMS software program is preferred
