- Contribute to Rails, Django, and Angular codebases under senior mentorship.
- Implement well-defined features and bug fixes with proper testing.

- Leverage AI-assisted tools to write, test, and document code that meets high quality and reliability standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Strong fundamentals in at least one backend language and one frontend framework
- Understanding of REST APIs, databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and modern web architecture
- Familiarity with Git workflows and basic testing practices
- Comfort learning new tools and technologies quickly
- A practical, problem-solving mindset — you ship, iterate, and improve
- Curiosity about fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
- Comfort using AI tools to support coding, debugging, and documentation
- Experience with Rails, Django, Angular, or similar frameworks (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to fintech, banking, crypto, or regulated environments (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in a startup or fast-moving team (Nice to Have)
