Responsibilities
Support the Director of Growth in planning and executing integrated campaigns that create new business and expansion opportunities.
Own end-to-end campaign orchestration across email, social media, partner portals, webinars, and third-party media— ensuring cohesive messaging, precise execution, and strong performance across channels.
Design and run structured testing and experimentation (e.g., messaging, channels, offers, targeting) to continuously improve conversion rates and pipeline impact.
Own and maintain Cynomi’s marketing communications calendar across channels.
Manage 3rd-party placements (ex: Dark Reading, CRN, CISO Series, peer groups, MSP publications) to elevate brand awareness and drive conversion.
Work cross-functionally with Content, Sales, Partner Account Management, and our Chief Evangelist to bring campaigns and assets to market.
Track and report performance metrics across campaigns, webinars, email, and opportunity influence.
Design and operate AI-powered campaign systems that automate content generation, distribution, and optimization—continuously improving performance through data-driven feedback loops.
Build and iterate on scalable, AI-driven (agentic) workflows using the existing marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, automation tools, AI copilots) to increase team productivity and campaign velocity.
Continuously optimize campaign execution and internal processes through automation, tooling, and rapid experimentation.
Identify opportunities to replace manual execution with AI-driven workflows, increasing output, speed, and impact without increasing resources.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally cybersecurity, SaaS, or MSP/MSSP-focused.
Comfortable working in an AI-native marketing environment using tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, Claude, Clay and AI-supported workflow tools.
Demonstrated ability (or strong ambition) to use AI to significantly increase marketing output, speed, or performance.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, and project tools like Asana.
Strong project manager—organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple programs moving forward.
Skilled communicator with a knack for coordinating across teams and driving alignment.
Data-driven and analytical with a keen eye for pipeline conversion opportunities.
Entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong sense of ownership; able to navigate ambiguity and proactively drive initiatives forward.
Strong experimentation mindset with experience (or strong interest) in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance-driven iteration.
Systems thinker with the ability to design and improve workflows, including leveraging AI and automation to scale output.
