Responsibilities
- Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential needs and promoting customer retention
- Advise various partners, stakeholders or members and customers regarding the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction
- Analyze and respond to customer needs, process requests and ensure the required follow-ups
- Collect, gather and analyze information, write reports and recommendations
- Keep abreast of new developments related to standards, products or services in your field of activity
- Help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Help sell products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices
- Review information requests and help promote and sell products and services based on client needs and business objectives and strategies
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with organizational standards and procedures
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
