Responsibilities
To execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that transform our clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
You are the technical champion. While the Director of RevOps defines the high-level architecture and leads the pitches, you own the execution.
You are responsible for making the blueprint a reality within Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless.
Requirements
4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred).
2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred.
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are "dinosaurs" to you).
Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred).
