Responsibilities
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and service providers.
Participate in the recruitment, retention and performance management of service providers for his/her market(s).
Provide on-the-job training and guidance on our processes to service providers.
Provide immediate, constructive feedback to service providers to improve performance.
Conduct consistent quality assessments with service providers to enhance the customer shopping experience and performance.
Communicate compliance requirements and guidelines to service providers.
Coach service providers on appropriate and timely solutions.
Participate in regional or territorial meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
At least five years of relevant experience in a high-volume retail environment (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present publicly, establish open lines of communication and adapt messages to different audiences.
Advanced knowledge of Home Depot systems, standard operating procedures and overall store operating processes.
Intermediate computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to deliver results despite a heavy workload and to manage competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (required).
