Responsibilities
Lead and manage the designated business portfolio
Collaborate with invested business parties to meet both business needs and regulatory requirements
Work closely with internal teams, vendor/contractors
Manage and oversee a variety of operational projects
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure projects are aligned with strategic business priorities
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
Maintain regular communication and provide leadership to project team members, impacted team members, senior and executive leadership, and cross-functional teams
Deliver clear and concise reports on project progress, KPIs, and financials
Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor program and project budgets
Ensure the efficient allocation of personnel and technology resources across projects
Evaluate and continuously improve the Case Management portfolio and software.
Keep up to date with applicable legislation, trends and practices.
Requirements
Four-year bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Certified Practitioner)
5-7 years of experience managing IT programs, specifically in the context of case management systems and membership management systems, operational IT projects, or business process automation
Strong understanding of enterprise software, and relevant technologies (e.g., CRM, ERP, document management, workflow automation)
Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), including managing complex multi-faceted projects
Strong background in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications (e.g., CaseIQ, iMIS)
Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Experience with ticketing software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar)
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards (e.g., PIPEDA, HIPAA, GDPR)
Strong background in IT operations management with a focus on improving process efficiency and implementing scalable solutions.
