About the role
- Bilingual Tech Training Specialist managing onboarding and tech training programs for EllisDon employees. Creating interactive learning content and delivering training sessions in both French and English.
Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding processes and project discovery
- Assess staff learning needs and design technology-related courses
- Create engaging learning content and course curricula
- Deliver technology training and education to EllisDon employees
- Design and develop interactive learning content for remote and in-person training
- Develop and utilize reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Coordinate and facilitate internal training sessions
- Support communication of training initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written
- 2 to 6 years of experience designing and delivering onboarding and cross-training programs
- 2 to 6 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering e-learning solutions
- Strong knowledge of Workday is an asset
- Experience in construction and project management is required
- Knowledge of e-learning tools and concepts (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, etc.) and instructional design methodologies (ISD)
- Knowledge of M365 and Copilot is required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to drive change quickly
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
